The Weeknd, Weakened.

So, to my disgust, the title of The Weeknd's official studio album was actually to be taken literally.
His hugely anticipated first studio album is nothing but a collection of all of his three EP's, which I have already got, and have already played to death.

So for all you original The Weeknd fans, sorry but nothing to see here.  We already actually have this album and accumulated it for free, since they were available on his website for free download via three separate instalments released over the course of probably a year and half.

For all you relatively new Weeknd fans, who possibly became curious about him after his exposure courtesy of Drake's Take Care album, you wont be disappointed at all.  I do remember the first time I stumbled across this reclusive non conformist.  A lot of the track production sprawls out across various landscapes and is indulgent with length.  A combination of his vocals and the chosen style of production actually reminds me of Ginuwines certified classic, The Bachelor.

Only problem for all you guys that haven't actually got his "Trilogy" of already released EP's, now Mr.Weeknd wants you to part with £8.99 on itunes for something he already released on his own website, for free.

Enjoy folks, I already have... like last year.

Joshua, TCC
