Drag, drag, drag, goes the third morning of the first week
like a nicotine starved smoker on the morning after the night before.

Our old friend "the dreary fan" drones on with his eternal hum.
What lies ahead? I ask myself... perhaps more of the same.

A random act of pure spontaneity, perhaps?
The complete failure of the operating system, maybe?

Then what...?
What would we do without an operating system? How would we cope?

Would we be doomed to face a mass technological regression on a biblical scale?
Ready the furnace in preparation for smoke signals!

Sound the fan-fairs and unravel the decrees!
Hide the drums of war before we all get carried away...

Snap out of it and get on with the next task.
