There's something beautiful about a city were a full ten plus jazz band can set up and play to you on the street corner whilst you go about your day. Well for the natives of New Orleans, this would be a regular occurrence. All I can do is envy them - when on the high streets of Liverpool, we are mostly limited to; X Factor rejects, alcoholics and shoddy Oasis cover acts. Still, at least, I can save myself a few pennies because if I ever find myself strolling along Royal St and happen to stumble across the Smoking Time Jazz Club I would be feeding their hats my hard earned pocket change like a gambler at their favourite fruit machine.
