Who is the greatest rapper alive?

Who is, or was the greatest rapper to ever do it? An age old question that will continue to spark passionate debate for years to come.  However, here's my nomination, two year old Khaliyl Iloyi.

Granted he's not making any sense, but does any rapper? This kid has got all kinds of swagger and all kinds of flow's.
