Alot's changed for Chipmunk over the past few years... T.I signed him, he dropped the 'munk' from his name, and seems to be attempting to forge a career in the rap game.

No doubt his previous high profile collaborations with the likes of Chris Brown, Keri Hilson and Trey Songz would have been a huge contributing factor towards T.I signing him.

It will be interesting to watch his transition from UK pop star to a credible Hip hop artist on Grand Hustle.

Previous promising acts from the UK such as Sway and Lady Sovereign got american backing at the height of their careers, only to fall by the wayside.

Will Chip break the mould? Only time will tell.
