Young male: "I haven't had a drink for 17months. All I do now is smoke da weed. It's better, and should be legalised."

Me: "Doesn't it affect you, though?"

Young male: "Well I know I'm a mong* (slang for utter dope) but that's about it."

Me: "Doesn't it make you paranoid?" 

Young male: "Well yeah - but it's like a good paranoia."

Me: "There's a good paranoia??"

Young lad: "Yeah, it's not like "paranoia, paranoia" it's more like ya more aware when carrying da weed and ya see the bizzies."* (slang for police)

Me: "Ahh, so it makes you more alert then?"

Young male: "Yeah."
