Random bizarre

Walking along eating a really red, juicy apple I was contented in my apple appreciating world. Suddenly, (not quite out the blue) a random man approached me in a bizarre hushed manner. He stepped into my personal space and spoke in low undertone saying - that red apples were not allowed to be eaten where I was walking - only green ones. 

Then he started laughing and walked away. 

Baffled, yes, I was. Extremely. 

But, the crazy randomness actually made me laugh to myself. 

Then I continued to enjoy my apple.
