This is a question that contains a controversial or unjustified assumption.

for example...

"Have you stopped beating your wife?"

Whether the person responds yes or no, he will admit to having AND beating her at sometime in the past.

A presupposed argument that pushes the respondent into a corner regardless of whether its even true!
